Recruitment process

We pre-screen and evaluate all incoming internal and external applications.
After evaluating the CVs personal interviews are conducted.
During a personal interview we analyze the candidate’s professional background and skills to see how the applicant fits in our company culture.
After the interviews professional and psychological tests are filled by the selected candidates. The tests measure the competencies, the stress and monotony tolerance level, the suitability and reliability of the candidates.
During the interviews the managers in charge focus both on professional and personal competencies. Each position has a detailed description regarding the expected skills and abilities.
At the end of the selection procedure the most suitable candidate is hired considering the personal and professional competencies.
